VOLUNTEER TIME TRACKING

Instructions

1. Please enter separate records for different projects.
2. You can combine volunteer HOURS from different days to one record as long as the HOURS are for the same PROJECT.
3. Include your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Date of the volunteer time, and select the project the hours relate to.
4. Volunteer HOURS can be recorded in 15 minute increments; 15 min is .25, 30 min is .50, 45 min is .75. Only enter numbers.
5. Volunteer HOURS include travel time to and from the volunteer location.
6. If a PROJECT is not listed select other from the drop down menu and include the name of the project in COMMENTS.
7. Use COMMENTS to document anything else you would like to communicate to us.
