VOLUNTEER FORMS

We appreciate your willingness to volunteer your time and expertise with ONAPA.  

We ask that before you begin your assigned project, please fill out the forms listed below.

1. If this is your first time to volunteer for ONAPA or if you have not filled out this form, please do so now.
   The ONAPA online Volunteer Information and Waiver of Liability Form for can be found HERE.

2. The Division of Natural Areas and Preserves  (DNAP) is asking all volunteers (new and existing) to complete the DNAP volunteer forms. They are available to download below for completion and to turn in. They are required if working in a preserve on a stewardship project or monitoring a preserve. Bring them to your first ONAPA project or scan the completed forms and email to [email protected].    The DNAP Agreement of Volunteer Status Form found HERE.

At the completion of your assignment please be sure to enter your volunteer hours.
